Getting to Colo is easy. From downtown
Sydney the drive is under two hours. From Sydney, drive to Windsor and cross the Hawkesbury River bridge. That puts you on
the Singleton Road, also known as the Putty Road to locals. The Singleton Road takes you through Wilberforce and then it's
twenty kilometres through the bush before dropping down into the Colo Valley. Immediately before the Colo River bridge is
a turn off to the left. Take that and at the bottom of the hill turn left onto Upper Colo Road. We are 10.55 kms from the
turn off. Don't worry if you hit dirt road. Keep going! Once you are back on the tarmac you are almost there.
